Salad made with « Wild Figuettes of Andalusia »

Ingredients:

  • Chew
  • Wild Andalusian figs cut into small pieces
  • Peanuts or cashews, crushed
  • Smoked duck breasts
  • County slats or Parmesan
  • Vinegar: Olive oil, Sherryvinegar, Salt, pepper 4 berries

Laver and wring the salad. Prepare the dressing.

Arrange on plates: salad, slices of smoked duck breast, slices of cheese and then « Wild Figuettes of Andalusia ». Drizzle with dressing before serving and sprinkle with crushed peanuts or cashews.

Also made with mesclun or endives or small leaves of raw spinach!
